Production Design+Extra

I have been assigned the role of Producer and sound creator. My responsibilities are to create the horror soundtrack and to look after all props and materials in the short film. I also have to take part in the film for example I am the clown who the main character fears. My solo job was to go out and take pictures of locations where we could film are project then upload them onto my computer.

Hunted Ideas

In this task we had to come up with ideas for are short film called Hunted. This picture represents the spider-diagram we created to give us ideas on what we could film and what contents come from a horror film. Most of the ideas came from the horror genre as Hunted is based around physiological events. This was a team effort as me, Paula, Josh and Tom all worked together to create the best/final ideas.

Day 1

Today was the first day of filming and we had to take pictures to capture us working. We were able to get one clip as it took a lot of effort by Steve to get us the room for us to film in (D3). These pictures are key points from are film/filming. The reason we had to take pictures for are film is because it shows we have worked hard from day one and we can use these pictures at the end of the film for bloopers Esc.
The students in the pictures are Paula,Josh V,and Tom.

Nine Key Frames

In this task we had to create nine key frames for are project haunted. In the nine key frames we have two locations, the forest and the office. All nine key frames are crucial to are project because they are key points in the film which tell the viewers what's going on. As you can see in the frames that are character is in need of help as he is being chased by an evil clown.

Locations for Hunted Project

In this task I had to take pictures of each location where we are going to shot are project. Each picture represents different key locations where are character ends up at. We have chosen to film in a forest because it is a typical horror location where creepy thing are found for example clowns. The office picture represents where the character is first seen that is why the bed is one of my pictures.

Haunted Board Louis

In this task we had to create a mood board for are project Haunted. A mood board is a canvas full of pictures which are related to the project. I have sized the images by importance for example the fear image is the biggest image on the canvas because it will be the biggest contributer. The smallest image on the canvas is the little girl as she only stars in the film for a short time. All the images are relevant to my film for example the clown as he is the main characters nightmare. The mood board is a good thing to use because it gives the story in pictures and it is easy to read.
